We are a family owned CrossFit box that is located in New Town. We started doing CrossFit WODs out of our garage with a single barbell. In the beginning, we were looking for a more effective and functional way to work out. We had no idea that these garage workouts would eventually lead to us opening our own CrossFit box! Soon after starting CrossFit WODs in our garage, we found ourselves parking on the street in order to expand our garage gym.

It did not take long for us to get hooked on CrossFit. From gaining strength, energy, and confidence to no longer experiencing pain from previous injuries, the benefits we experienced from CrossFit WODs were undeniable. We were so passionate about CrossFit that we started looking for a way to share CrossFit WODs with others. Hence, CrossFit 1607 was established!

With our low coach to client ratio, each athlete receives individualized instruction and personalized coaching.
Our small class size allows each athlete to constantly improve their skills and ability in a safe and effective manner.
At CrossFit 1607, our coaches are able to accommodate and challenge all levels from beginner athlete to the seasoned CrossFitter.
Our group classes offer the perfect mix of intimate coaching, accountability and the camaraderie experienced with training alongside others.
We offer a wide variety of group classes to accommodate a wide spectrum of fitness levels and interests.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for all individuals regardless of age, experience, or limitation.
Classes consist of varied functional movements that are scaled to your level of fitness.

2. Upon the day of our Intro Class, please arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to the start of class.
During this time you will meet with a coach who will simply want to sit down to get a better understanding of who you are and what health & fitness goals your currently have so that we can formulate a plan of attack personalized around you.
After your consultation, you will be introduced to your Fundamentals CrossFit class and meet the other athletes who will be working out alongside you.
