Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
I've been in the industry now for 11 years teaching fitness class at various clubs.
I even remember in highschool trying to recruit my friends to come over and let me lead a little workout in my family room.

In addition to teaching fitness classes, I have been a PE teacher for the past 10 years.
Life was good.
I was working two jobs that I love.
I got pregnant with twins.
I kept teaching my fitness classes for as long as my doctor let me.
I've been in the industry now for 11 years teaching fitness class at various clubs.
I even remember in highschool trying to recruit my friends to come over and let me lead a little workout in my family room.

All you need is a towel or mat.
All other equipment is provided.

We use exercise tubes for the toning portions of the class through different stops along the 2 mile route (there is a option to make the walk/run longer for those who are looking to get an extra mile or so).
Participants get a full body workout in an hour and 15 minutes.
It's a great way to tone up, get in shape, improve cardiovascular fitness, and meet other moms.
As parents its important to take time to take care of ourselves and our health.
