Mobile Health & Fitness offers home-based Personal Training, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy to the San Diego County area, including but not limited to: La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Mission Hills, and Point Loma. We pride ourselves in having the most educated and experienced personal trainers and therapists in the industry.

All therapists have minimum of a 4 year degree in Exercise Science, with multiple having attained doctoral degrees in Physical Therapy. We are comfortable and well versed at working with ALL ages and physical conditions, from athletic youth to seniors with health issues. We strive to have a positive impact on each client's health by treating a variety of systemic and musculoskeletal medical conditions.

Mobile Health & Fitness offers the ultimate massage experience, and no need to get in your car and drive when you are done; you are already home.
Our Massage Therapists are nationally certified and have a wealth of education, including cross training in the fields of Exercise Science, Physical Therapy and Nursing.
Massages are 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2 hours in duration.
Therapists come prepared with treatment table, sheets, oil, and all supplies necessary for a top notch massage.
This traditional Western technique uses long, soothing strokes to reduce muscular aches, pains and stress, while promoting relaxation.
For that reason, we have created the 100 Workout Challenge.
Our Certified Personal Trainers and Doctors of Physical Therapy are available to design and implement a customized program tailored to you, taking into consideration any systemic health or musculoskeletal conditions that you may have.
The workouts are simple yet effective.
Each workout will have 5 exercises.
Complete 2 sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise for a total of 10 sets and 100 repetitions.
Scientific literature confirms that a well-designed strength training program consisting of 2 sets, 10 repetitions of 5 different exercises performed twice per week is sufficient to produce significant strength gains.
