The coaches at CFC are amazing! Always coaching proper form of movements along with giving lots of encouragement and motivation to push hard through each workout. CFC is also the most welcoming gym! Not only does CFC have great coaches but the CFC members are the best group of people I've worked out with! We come in all sizes, ages and abilities and I find motivation from everyone I work out with! CFC is a positive, motivating and fun place to be a part of!

No-Sweat Intro is a FREE 30-minute, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, meet our staff, discuss your goals, and determine the best path to success using the services we have to offer!

Required for all unfamiliar with basic barbell training or have not been a member at a similar gym within the last 3 months.
Regardless of a person's past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to Calaveras Fitness Collective is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm-ups, and exercises before participating in regular CFC classes.
