Synergy focuses on traditional or Hatha Yoga, emphasizing body postures and the development of core strength. Yoga practice feeds the mind and soul and well as the physical body. Full body circuit workout for all ages. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. The music is always fun to dance to and includes Latin, Jazz, African, Country, to Hip-hop and Pop! Join with a monthly subscription (best value), a multi-use punch card, or pay a low drop-in fee of just $10 giving you full access to the gym and classes per day.

While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
Dana's style of teaching includes gentle yoga, Hatha (alignment based) yoga, power hatha flow yoga, and children's yoga.
Her kind and gentle manner is well suited to leading students of all levels.
She encourages her students to practice healthy alignment, giving them her personal attention and compassionate adjustments.
I don't know anyone who leaves a Zumba class in a bad mood.
