Circuit30 takes the thinking and planning out of the equation! I love that I can go and get a resistance and cardio workout in 30 min and that no day is the same! Circuit30 is great in that the workouts are never the same but they are always 30 minutes long. That variability and consistency makes me not only look forward to the daily workouts, but also allows me to fit them into my daily schedule.

I don't think there is anything I don't like about circuit! The trainers are super helpful, the schedule is convenient and by the time I'm finished with my workout, I feel great! Life is busier than ever and we all still have the same, finite amount of time per day; 24 hours or 1440 minutes.
