Services
Metcon Group Fitness:(metabolic conditioning) A combination of functional movements performed at high intensity, weight lifting, and sports such as gymnastics, running and rowing.
Functional Fitness: High intensity interval training combines a mixture of strength movements and metabolic conditioning to maximize calorie burn and lean muscle gain.
Expect to be introduced to many new exercises, or variations of exercises you may already be familiar with.
