Start and stick with the Xpose way of working out! The Xpose Fitness method combines Pilates, yoga, and exotic dance to find a more confident, strong, and sexy you! All of the exercise classes at Xpose incorporate exotic dance movements that not only bring your sexy back, but also give you a full body workout. Xpose will help you de-stress and leave you feeling sexy and empowered.

We offer Floor/Chair classes, Sexy Stretch, Pound, Booty Basics, Pole-Fit, Pole Sculpt, 5 levels of Static Pole, and 3 levels of Spin Pole. It's such a fun and sexy way to work out that at first you won't even think you're exercising. Make no mistake about it though - it's always a great workout. All of the instructors are patient and helpful. Such a great atmosphere too.

Definitely recommend Xpose to anyone who gets bored with the typical gym routine or curious newbies who'd just like to see what it's all about.

Our studio is a community for women of all shapes, sizes, and ages who support and encourage each other.
You will find there are things that come more easily to you than to others.
You will also find that some things may not come as easily as you thought they would.
The best part about our classes is you will have a good time and there is always something to keep you motivated in your workout.
Remember to keep moving during class, and you'll nail that move!
Classes start promptly at their scheduled times.
All clients wishing to take part in classes at Xpose Fitness must be 18 years of age or older.
New Clients, as well as returning clients who have not visited the studio in the past year, must present a valid photo ID and fill out a waiver with accurate information.
The studio will recognize all information on the photo ID as valid.
This includes but is not limited to: legal name, age, and street address.
Out of state college students may present a valid student ID or other proof of college address in addition to their photo ID if their address does not match their photo ID.
Any comfortable work-out attire is appropriate for our classes!
We recommend fitted, above the knee shorts for pole.
You are welcome to take any classes in bare feet or socks.
If you would like to wear heels, they must have a chunky heel (the width of the quarter) and have a full ankle strap or support.
No stilettos are allowed for safety reasons.
Xpose sells heel protectors that can turn a stiletto shoe into a chunky heel.
Please be considerate of members and staff and remember your personal hygiene - put on deodorant / antiperspirant before taking class.
She started off as a client in 2014 and has been in love with Xpose ever since.
She has over 15 years in cheer leading and dance experience.
She was even a cheerleader at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she obtained her bachelors degree in criminal justice.
Alex strives to make the divas that come to Xpose to feel comfortable and have a great time!
Alexis first stepped foot in Xpose more than 10 years ago, just to check it out.
She had no dance experience before Xpose, but after taking her first intro class, she stayed for two more pole classes and a floor/chair class!

Pole work will strengthen and tone your body with isometric exercises that utilize the pole and your body weight as resistance.
This is our most difficult static level and requires a good amount of prior strength training from previous pole classes.
