The ease-of-use of our member's only 24 hour key card system enables patrons to exercise when they want and how they want at ANY time DAY or NIGHT.
Vanguard Key Clubs prides itself on its customer commitment.
Our goal is to provide a safe and clean environment conducive for all fitness levels.
The ease-of-use of our member's only 24 hour key card system enables patrons to exercise when they want and how they want at ANY time DAY or NIGHT.
By utilizing our optional freeze option, your membership will remain in our database on an inactive status until your return.
You may either pre-set the freeze dates so that re-activation is automatic, or simply call or email to re-activate when the time is right.
There is no limit to the period of time you may remain on freeze.
A fee of $5 per month to hold you in our database will be charged in lieu of the normal monthly rate.
This will secure your existing monthly rate and avoid any start up fees associated with a cancellation and future re-enrollment and rate changes.

I went to college for Therapeutic Recreation and from there went and got my personal training certification through NASM.
I am a high energy, results driven personal trainer.
I have been training on the Seacoast for the last 8 years.
I work with ages teen and up coaching privately as well as group personal training.
Chris is a young personal trainer who grew up in the seacoast area.
In middle school, he fell in love with weightlifting and functional training.
