Liam is an Oakland Native and a passionate personal trainer who have found his confidence through fitness. He served as a United States Marine and was voted as "Most Motivated Marine" in his graduating class. Liam has experiences in Martial Arts competition and over 10 years of training experience. He brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all his clients and classes.

Norm's passion for fitness started at the age of 13 when he first picked up a set of dumbbells in his grandmother's front yard in Oakland. His natural interest in the health and nutrition field led him into his current career as a Nurse. Norm thrives on providing the best outcome for his clients at Impact Fitness, just as he would for his patients in the hospital.

He believes that we all have potential to become our best self and he wants to help people reach that. You can catch Norm at the gym 4-6 days out of the week, as he wakes up early most mornings to get a great workout in prior starting his day.
