OMNI Health & Fitness Center is northern Beaufort County's premier full-service fitness center. We are locally-owned and operated and conveniently located in Beaufort. We pride ourselves on customer service, and we constantly listen to our clients when they ask about new trends in fitness training, new classes they tried while on vacation, or new ways to mix it up.
From group classes to personal training, from small group sessions to more than 100 pieces of exercise equipment and tons of free weights, we have what you need to improve your health and fitness. We are a big gym with a personal touch. Our 36,000 square feet of space features separate areas for Spin cycling, weightlifting, TRX training, cardio and a variety of cardio machines including Concept2 rowers.
We have a suspended wood floor for large exercise classes, and another area for Jazzercise and yoga. Childcare: During the morning and late afternoon, we provide supervised childcare in an age-appropriate playroom setting - at no additional cost.
