Our bootcamp program brings the knowledge and skill of a personal trainer, to a group fitness environment. That way you draw on the knowledge of some of the top fitness professionals in MN to help you achieve your health and fitness, or weight loss goals, in an environment full of people who will help support you and keep you accountable along the way.

With over twenty National and American powerlfiting Records, and nearly a dozen World records, Sutherlin Barbell Club is simply one of the best strength clubs in MN. Let us give you one free week to experience how our bootcamp program gives you everything you need to succeed.

KNOWLEDGE - our staff has the experience to help you achieve your fitness goals no matter what they are.
We have helped athletes from the elementary/high school level, all the way to the Olympic and professional level.
With over 30 years of experience, Scott Sutherlin fitness has the knowledge you need to help you succeed.
We run a number of 5k's and OCR races throughout the year as a team.
We have charitable events that we volunteer at together, as well as the best Halloween party you will ever attend!
We have the equipment you need, including a full sized Monolift and EliteFTS Competition Bench, as well as experienced lifters to help spot, and push you during your training session.
If you're into Strongman, Sutherlin Barbell has everything you need from Kegs to Atlas Stones, Multiple yokes, Farmer Carry Handles, and a 100 lb Circus Dumbbell.
We host sanctioned powerlifting and Strongman events multiple times throughout the year, and we are a proud partner of Relentless, one of the largest charitable strength events in the country.
Your key fobs will allow you access to the gym every day from 4:00am to 10pm.
There will be no "official" open gym time.
You can lift anytime you want, or need to, the EXCEPTION being no open gym during bootcamp sessions.
Members that need individual help can schedule time with me directly.
You MUST scan your key fob when you enter the gym.
Even if you come in with someone else (spouse, child, another member) please take the extra 8 seconds to scan your key fob.
Please do not bring in non-paying members.
