Services
There are many weight loss programs, boot camps, and fitness facilities, but what sets us apart is that we do personal training in a group setting.
You'll first begin by attending an orientation.
It is here that we cover our large group personal training in detail.
Each workout will be a total body workout.
The Transformation Coach will take you through a dynamic warm-up, followed by our on-ramp.
At that point, we will have different stations, with different exercises, as our main workout.
We will then finish with a metabolic component and stretching after the workout.
Personal Training is the true one-on-one experience.
First, you will meet with a Transformation Coach to discuss your goals, as well as your health history.
We will also complete an InBody 570 body composition scan.
Once we have all of this information, we will then write a program based specifically on that criteria.
From there, one of our Transformation Coaches will be with you every step of the way until you finish your workout.
The gym can be intimidating.
Working with a Transformation Coach allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility.
Semi-private training is our first level of personalized programming.
After meeting with a Transformation Coach to discuss your goals and assess your movement, our Transformation Coaches will write a program specific to you.
We will walk you through the program so you understand it, which will allow you to complete the program on your own with the guidance of our coaches.
There will be no more than 3 other people in your semi-private training program.
During your training we will be tracking your workouts and making appropriate changes driven towards your goals.

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.
You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
