Established in 2012, Bell City CrossFit is a locally owned and operated CrossFit facility offering group and personal training, along with nutrition consultation in the heart of Bristol, CT.

Bristol's first and only CrossFit facility, we've set the bar with individualized and group training classes for all fitness and ability levels. No long-term contracts, no pressure to up-sell, no gimmicks - just a proven fitness methodology that consistently produces results.

When we sit around the table for dinner, the conversation isn't about food, travel or the latest fashion, it's about our favorite workouts, PRs, new methods of training or exercises (sorry Mom!).
We don't just own a CrossFit Affiliate, we live the fitness lifestyle in and out of the gym.

Increased power, speed, strength, cardiovascular / respiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy are each important to the world's best athletes and to our grandparents.
The amazing truth is that the very same methods that elicit optimal response in the Olympic or professional athlete will optimize the same response in the elderly.
Of course, we cannot load your grandmother with the same squatting weight that we would assign an Olympic skier, but they both need to squat.
