At A|M Fitness, our members and Transformation Coaches develop relationships that encourage growth, discipline, and personal success. Our Transformation Coaches are nationally certified and continue their own education to give you the best guidance and tools needed to achieve your goals. We bring personal training to a group setting, broken down into stages for equal parts work and rest.

There are many weight loss programs, boot camps, & fitness facilities, but what sets us apart is thatwe do personal training in a group setting.
Each workout will be a total body workout.
The Transformation Coach will take you through a dynamic warm-up, followed by our on-ramp.
At that point, we will have different stations, with different exercises, as our main workout.
We will then finish with a metabolic component and stretching after the workout.
You'll travel from station to station, moving around the room, throughout the session - progressing as you complete each exercise.

Once you have decided to join Small Group Training, you will have to commit to one of the available time slots.
Small Group Training members meet twice per week and your sessions will last around 50 minutes per workout.
With a cap of 8 people, and always the same participants, we can program using a more advanced exercise selection, along with different training implements.
We will provide you with the programming, as well as tracking sheets to monitor and track your progress throughout each 5-week training phase.
