Breath is emphasized throughout this vinyasa flow practice, as well as quieting of the mind and opening of the heart.
This 60 or 75 minute session includes vigorous sun salutations, warrior series and standing poses as well as some balancing and inverted poses.
Pranayama and meditation are included.
Boot Camp Flow - Get your heart pumping with this hour long boot camp inspired flow blending yoga and strength training to increase endurance, stability, focus, and power.
