Would you like to work out more often, but with your busy schedule can never find the time? Sasha will work closely with you in-home or online to develop a fitness, rehabilitative, or pre/post-natal exercise program based on your goals, interests, needs and any physical or medical condition(s) that may affect your ability to exercise.

With a master's degree in rehabilitative sciences and multiple certifications, Sasha utilizes her extensive knowledge and expertise to tailor exercise programs that are effective, safe, and fit to match your preferences and lifestyle.
Services
I spent several years treating patients in various clinical settings for a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders, working with people of all ages, in outpatient clinics, acute care, skilled nursing facilities and home care.
I have also worked in the gym environment as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and enjoyed helping clients become stronger, lose weight, and gain confidence.
I started Body In Balance, my in-home training business in 2017 and have found the work to be extremely fulfilling and enjoyable.
By personalizing every aspect of training sessions, Sasha seeks to change peoples' perception of exercise and healthy living.
You can expect to start looking forward to exercising, eating healthy, managing your stress, and achieving goals you never thought possible.
This is your chance to ask me anything and to get a better sense of my training style.
I use this opportunity to learn more about your goals and expectations in order to provide you with an overview of how we can work together to achieve each goal, bearing in mind that the initial evaluation will provide information essential to create your bespoke fitness program.
Sasha is the best personal trainer you could imagine.
She is a fantastic professional as well as a wonderful person.
As a trainer, she is highly competent and knowledgeable, attentive to your needs, and incredibly thorough in her approach.
She will customize things for you depending on your goals, fitness level, current and past injuries.
For example, I had a weakened pelvic floor after giving birth, and she managed to develop a plan that still resulted in amazing killer workouts that not only didn't cause me any issues, but led to the strengthening of my pelvic muscles.
As we become older, exercise and proper nutrition become even more essential for maintaining good health and improving quality of life.
Fitness programs can differ greatly depending on medical and physical health, but often include exercises to improve mobility, proprioception, balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
