Attitudes Dance & Fitness
Attitudes Dance offers a wide variety of kids dance classes for all ages and abilities, from toddlers' creative movement classes to high school advanced classes. Age of the student is used as a guide for placement, however, students may be moved up based on their ability. Our instructors teach through positivity and support. Our adult classes are designed for all abilities!

We have everything from no impact cardio to toning to our high impact Zumba party. All adult classes are available in studio* or online and we have easy "no commitment" options like drop-in classes, and punch cards with long expiration periods. Class cards are good for ANY class we have, so pick and choose which ones you want to attend. Your classes, your way!

Seriously, we want you to feel healthy and happy! Is that so crazy? We care so much about your well being that we hired a bunch of the best, nicest, most awesome and passionate people we could find to help you and your family get healthy and happy. Our Attitudes Dance Team is ready to help you solve your problems and reach your wellness goals however we can.
