It is a very welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are all great, inspiring, knowledgeable, and helpful. My initial expectation was that of intimidation and not being able to do this but everyone changed my mind quickly. The family type culture that has been built over the years really shines through! I have had the opportunity to see Everlasting Fitness evolve, transition and change the lives of many.

Mine included. It's been quite the journey, realizing that what works for one person may not work for you, and the goal is a healthier version of yourself. Coming from years of distance running, yoga and Pilates, I was a little intimidated to pick up a barbell. I came to Everlasting Fitness because something was missing inside of me. I wanted to challenge myself to do something hard.

Little did I know I would find my second home here.

Everlasting Fitness came to be from a desire to help people.
I worked for years in customer service as an employee in a field that I was not super interested in.
I did well, my customers were happy with my service but there still seemed to be something missing.
I had no control over the owners or the way they did business, I could only react to the situations I was put in.
Ultimately unless I was in a field that I loved I felt I would never be happy with my career.
As a former athlete I was always interested in fitness and I felt I knew enough to help people.
FORTIFY is a 45 minute high energy group class focusing on burning fat, building cardiovascular endurance, improving core strength and increasing flexibility.
FORTIFY uses no barbells or high skill movements.
We focus on body weight movements and light to moderate weights like kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls.
We will also incorporate plyo boxes, rowing machines, stationary bikes and ski machines.
No prior exercise history or experience is required.
CrossFit is a strength, conditioning, and overall fitness program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (bodyweight exercises) and weightlifting.
For most people, the key to building a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym.
Our nutrition programs can help you overhaul your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone.
Your coach will be there to make sure you're staying on track and progressing towards your goals.
You'll get a flexible diet plan that can work with your lifestyle and schedule, regardless of how busy you are.
