What exactly is CrossFit? It is a form of high intensity interval training designed to help anyone and everyone improve their health, fitness, and overall performance. CrossFit The Rack was established in 2010, originally in Paramus, NJ, with exactly that objective in mind: to help everyone who walked in the door achieve their fitness goals.
With our new location in Allendale, CrossFit The Rack, and it's dedicated coaches, are committed to continuing their pursuit of improving the lives of each member of their community through fitness.We strive to touch and improve the lives of as many people everyday as we possibly can. Our CrossFit program emphasizes short, high intensity workouts.
We focus on functional movements and combine strength training, cardiovascular conditioning (aka cardio) and basic body weight exercises.
Workouts are constantly varied from day to day and they are infinitely scalable for any level of fitness.
Everyone from elite athletes to beginners can be accommodated.
Our Kids/Teens Class is a strength and conditioning program for athletes in middle and high school.
We build people of exceptional strength and character by focusing on basic barbell movements, emphasizing technique over weight and taking advantage of the life lessons that strength training provides.
