When it comes to training, nothing beats having your own personal trainer to guide you through your workout. Get a high quality workout with a dedicated Trainer for a personal training session, or up to three individuals at a time (group session). Join in our selection of group training sessions featuring specially crafted circuits to keep you fit and engaged.

Classes have a maximum of twelve people, can accommodate all fitness levels, and focus on weight training, cardiovascular strength, functional training, and circuit training. We have the perfect fit for any young athlete with these small, catered classes focused on maximizing speed, agility, power, and injury prevention.

The Anvil Sports Performance program is a set of scientifically based training systems designed to maximize speed, agility, power, and injury prevention.
All athletes receive a pre and post test to establish a baseline, ensure proper training group placement, and monitor progress throughout the program.

Class is ideal for Boys and Girls that want to be competitive and to enhance self confidence, athletic form, strength and performance for a primary sport or overall fitness.
The Topline Hockey program is created and delivered by former NCAA and Professional Hockey players!
Justin brings with him over 22 years of hockey experience.
As a New Jersey native and Bergen Catholic Alum, his prolific youth career set the stage as he took his talents to the University of Michigan.
There, he Captained the NCAA Div 1 hockey team to their first Big Ten Championship.
After Graduating with a Degree in Movement Science, he signed an NHL contract with the St. Louis Blues playing 3 years in the pro ranks.
