Train4Life is the neighborhood gym of the south shore, whose namesake program provides a 360-degree approach to fitness, with top-of-the-line equipment backed by a team of expert trainers. Born and raised in Stoughton, Ed went to Stoughton High School where he was captain of the football team.
He continued on to receive his undergraduate degree and MBA from Bentley, where he was co-captain the football team; a three time all conference running back and team and league MVP.
He began his bodybuilding career in 1996 and earned his professional status in 1998.
Ed continued to compete for twenty years while building his career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.
He worked for the PGA as a trainer in Florida and then moved back home to Massachusetts where he founded Evolution Fitness in 2006, located in Hanover.
