We ask our clients to perform their exercise movements in a smooth, deliberate manner.
Abrupt change of direction, bouncing, yanking, etc., are all methods used by the body (and mind) to make exercise EASIER.
Those same methods also place unnecessary strain on one's joints.

Our one-to-one personal training sessions last anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on what is to be accomplished in a given workout, and relative to the totality of one's program.
While some clients perform additional exercise outside of our facility, most see us solely for their workout needs.
Regardless, every second of every session in our facility is monitored under the close watch of either of the two business owners.

The amount of time that went into the design of these machines is staggering (literally decades), and their ability to isolate and thus strengthen the weakest link in the chain is unsurpassed.

The same can be said for deteriorating lower backs and necks; these 'trouble areas' need to be targeted and strengthened.
