Drop-off, co-ed 45 minute session working on building foundational strength with a focus on the three main lifts: Squat, Bench & Deadlift. Students will learn proper form and technique with an emphasis on mind/muscle connection for better overall body control, increasing power and strength, and lessening risk of injury. Sessions are 2-3 students max, allowing personal attention to form and individual progression.

Students will leave stronger, more confident and with skills that will translate onto the field. At Duxbury Fitness we believe in finding what is realistic for each individual client to not only find great success, but be able to maintain that success. Our philosophy is not a one-size-fits all, but proven methods that bring a logical and enjoyable approach to meeting your fitness goals.
