Our group workouts are scientifically designed to promote total body strength while sculpting a leaner physique. The method in which we do this is by breaking down the session into two parts. The first part is a metabolic conditioning circuit that warms up the body and burns many calories at a high rate. During this segment you will be utilizing multiple exercises, pushing your body for a set time followed by short rest periods.
This is also known as high intensity interval training or HIIT. The second part of the workout is the strength segment. Here you will be using resistance training to develop strength of skeletal muscle by using your own bodyweight, bars, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Each workout focuses on different muscle groups so you never perform the same workout back to back.
