The staff at Barnes Corner has gone above and beyond to keep me focused and coming back to the gym. They legitimately care about their members and it shows. No matter what your fitness level this is the gym for you. A great place to work on your health and mental status. Competent coaches that are not only knowledgeable, but also personable and know how to motivate and support members.

Highly affordable, customized programs geared to a variety of fitness goals are available.
You can work out in two to six person groups (organized by gender and condition level) which provide the benefits of individual coaching and supervision by a top trainer with the advantage of shared cost (these sessions are fun, too).
Or, you can choose to work out in private, intensive, one-on-one sessions.
