Patrice Murphy is a health enthusiast who has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. Her certifications include CrossFit Trainer, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp, Group Fitness Instructor, MixxedFit Instructor, and a diploma in Sports Nutrition. Patrice's approach to fitness training is very simple: eat clean, sleep better, and exercise to lose weight.

Additionally, her training methods include a unique combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, and FUN to create the ultimate fitness experience. As a Biology Pre-Med Graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Patrice understands that in addition to exercise, proper nutrition and adequate sleep are significant to any weight loss program.

She constantly reminds her clients that "you can't out train a bad diet", and "restoration of the body, through healthy sleep patterns, is equally as important as exercise." Finally, Patrice believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key to longevity, and the only way to accomplish this is by developing innovative training programs that focuses on challenging and conditioning both the mind and body.
