Jade Fitness is a unique fitness facility that provides high-intensity training, alignment-based fitness, and weight management programs. We will encourage and challenge you to overcome physical and mental barriers and achieve the highest levels of fitness possible. We offer a warehouse space for functional training on all levels, as well as a second floor studio for yoga and small group classes.

Services
We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including boot camps, total body resistance training, cardio, and more.
Our classes are unique in that they are conducted in small groups.
Forget crowds and not being able to see the instructor.
You'll be able to receive personalized attention that will allow you to do the moves.
Our certified trainers offer small group personal training of up to 4 people per session.
You'll receive the same benefits as one-on-one personal training, but at a more affordable price!
Stephen Burgett has been in the fitness industry since 2004 when he had his first professional experience as an intern in the sports performance department at Arizona State University.
He later graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a major in Kinesiology.
In addition to his degree, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Stephen has worked as a trainer in many settings, including large health clubs, training studios, and outdoor settings.

All classes are held in Capitol Hill at 1310 Pennsylvania Avenue SE.
A.B.C. Workout - A targeted workout that focuses on toning the Arms, reshaping the Butt, and strengthening the Core!
CardioCore - A fusion of high-intensity cardio and core training that will improve your stamina and core strength.
H.I.I.T. - This bodyweight HIIT and cardio workout will put your typical treadmill, elliptical, or regular gym routine to shame.
We are proud to host some of Capitol Hill's best yoga instructors and can't wait to have you join us for a class.
All members with group fitness plans, can use their visits to take yoga - it is a great complement to your fitness program.
Truly is excited to host a weekly beginner yoga class Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
This class is ideal for beginners, students with special conditions or injuries, and seniors who want a gentle introduction to basic yoga poses.
