BodySculpt - A non-aerobic, muscle toning class usually focused on core strengtgh.
It uses a combination of traditional body sculptomg methods with free weights, resistance bands and your own body!
You'll perform traditional weight training moves designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour!
Good for all levels.
Body Strength - A non-aerobic, muscle toning class focusing on total body strength using weight bar, dumbbells, gliders, etc.
Body Boost - H.I.I.T. - This class is designed to Challenge and Energize you while leaving you refreshed and recharged!
