At In Balance Yoga & Fitness we believe that keeping our body and minds healthy is an on-going journey. That is why we have created an unique, safe and simple way for you to experience all the yoga and fitness classes that we have to offer from the comfort of your own home or even your favorite outdoor area. You will save time and money by eliminating the need to commute to a studio and you will gain self-confidence as you connect with others during our online sessions.
Every session is lead by a qualified instructor and all the participants are included to create a supportive and motivating environment. We do require advance registration for our classes but signing up and connecting to the sessions is easy and explained below. We hope you will give us a try and look forward to having you join our family. 10-15 minutes before class starts, log on the website again, go to the class you already signed up for and hit VIEW BROADCAST and enjoy your class!

This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a slower paced class with more opportunities for rest with added restorative poses.
A shortened yoga flow practice is followed with a few restorative postures using props such as blocks, bolsters and straps before moving into a guided final relaxation.

Emphasis is placed on stretching and balance to build strength, perseverance and flexibility as well as coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment in a calm, relaxed environment.
