Small Group PT (also called Semi Private Training) is a very small group of up to only 7 members working with 1 coach. Everyone in the entire gym gets a specific and custom program written for them to address weaknesses, build overall strength, and address their specific fitness goals. Private Training clients get one on one attention. A flexible schedule and availability to schedule times outside of our regular classes.
Access to outside support and our private training Facebook portal for bonus content, accountability and outside challenges.
