Sara received her Bachelor's Degree from Endicott College in Exercise Science.
Sara is a certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, a program designed to help Parkinson's patients combat their symptoms.
Sara also worked at TB12 in Boston, where she specialized in pliability training using resistance bands.
Sara's passion for fitness is always keeping her interested in learning new styles of training for a variety of people.
She is currently working toward a Pre-and-Post Natal Training Specialist certification to help pregnant women establish a fitness program that will prepare them for their big day.

At Momentum, we limit our group exercise classes to a maximum of 4 people to ensure it remains custom to each participant.
If you are looking for a fun and more affordable (but still custom) workout, then a small exercise group is for you.
Although not mandatory, we recommend that all our group members complete a minimum of 6 one-on-one personal training sessions.
This is important because it allows our qualified personal trainers to get to know you, your goals and possible limitations.
