Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio, or TBYP Fitness for short, is a barefoot studio that offers a variety of fitness classes along with a personalized nutrition program, we call Transform My Mind, Plate & Body. Our classes include Pilates to strengthen your Core, Yoga to rejuvenate your body and mind, a Total Body Workout to build strength and balance, a fusion style class, such as PiYo LIVE, BOSU, Barre & Balletone to balance the body, mind & spirit!

Modifications and variations are always offered so that you feel supported and inspired. Mary Ann Bail, a writer for The Republican Newsroom, visited our studio and wrote an article sharing how "Inside, the room expands to a blue oasis which invites serenity and promises fitness." Services
Strengthening of the 'core' muscles with breath and precise exercises while connecting and conditioning the whole being- body & mind.
Our Pilates classes are all levels and range from traditional mat Pilates to BOSU Pilates designed to target the core and train the whole body!
EQUIPMENT needed - Mat, light hand weights, optional pilates ring and 9 pilates ball.
This is a blending of several disciplines of exercise to keep things interesting by taking a flexible approach to traditional exercises.

Heidi is the owner of Total Body Yoga and Pilates.
She offers a wide range of classes at her studio, and invites you to share her passion for fitness!
Abby has practiced yoga for five years.
Her practice has helped her grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the yoga mat.
She completed her 200 hour yoga certification, as well as YOGA ed.'s children's yoga training at Kripalu.
Abby's classes place a special emphasis on listening to the wisdom of your own body, breath, and inner voice to find the right combination of exertion, release, and restoration for you.
Our nutrition programs focus on long-term, healthy eating, rather than dieting.
