I am 2 aerial yogas, 1 polefit, and 1 tai chi in and all of my experiences have been rewardingly fabulous.

I love the small classes, private space, and boutique feel, but most of all; I love seeing ALL women of every ethnicity, size, age, and culture showing support and encouragement in every session. Dawn is a motivating, phenomenal, patient, and encouraging fitness instructor and sooooo very understanding about each individual participate no matter how many ppl in are int he class.

I love that she challenges me (and others) to try things beyond comfort zones (and every time I exceed my expectation). By the way her cheerleader type cheering makes you feel like you do anything (LOL)!
