A-Game Fitness and Performance bridges the gap between the weight room to the playing fields and courts. Utilizing movement and strength methods and practices conceived from the industry's top professionals, A-Game delivers a full program for Pre-hab, movement performance, strength and power to unlock every athlete's " Potential". A-Game Fitness and Performance is on a mission to help local residents reach their weight loss and conditioning goals this year- and these challenges are a big part of that!

A-Game runs a few different programs - 21 Day Challenge (monthly), 42 Day Challenge (monthly), and Challenge on the Hill (once a year). A-Game delivers strength training, metabolic conditioning and mobility training for non-athletes and weekend athletes looking to enhance their quality of movement, wellness and overall well-being. Whether through range of motion deficiencies, pain or other limiting factors, special attention is given to clients to help them get the most out of their training.

A-Game's Fitness and Performance strives to help clients reach their fitness goals, feel better, move better and perform the daily functions of life better.
Pilates Strength - combines basic mat pilates with body sculpting and basic stretches for a low impact and a high/low intensity workout adjustable to all fitness levels.
The class will help enhance body tone, core strength, and flexibility.
Strictly Strength - is an exercise class that focuses on resistance training to induce muscular contraction to improve muscular strength, endurance, and functionality.
Stretch & Strength - offering a full body workout which will leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed.

Fall Back Into Fitness - 21 days of unlimited classes and 21 days worth of meal plans, for males and females.
42 Day Challenge - This challenge consists of 10 teams who will be working together to improve not only as a team but individually.
I have been a member of A-Game for 2 years.
Over these two years I have participated in several kinds of challenges.
But my overall favorite is the Partner Challenge because it was so motivating.
I really enjoy the competitive spirit of A-Game during a challenge.
Accountability a huge part of my success during a challenge.
Each week my partner and I would take a few minutes after a weekend class and map out our classes for the week.
Getting and keeping a routine is key for me so this really helped.
