At Kanna Fitness we know that you want to be healthy, confident, and capable. In order to do that, you need fitness and nutrition coaching and accountability. The problem is you get bombarded with information and don't know where to start or what to do which makes you feel lost and overwhelmed. We believe you should get high-quality coaching and accountability from people who understand what it's like to be a beginner.

We understand working out can be intimidating which is why we specialize in helping everyday people get fit for life. Here's how we do it:. Our coaching staff has a wide variety of certifications, but most importantly, they care about your safety and success. At Kanna YOU are our number one priority. Everything about what we do reflects this - our programming, clean facility, quality equipment, and even our website design are all a result of our desire to provide the best service to our clients.

Being healthy means more than just working out. That's why we offer a variety of nutrition services and specialty seminars covering topics such as fat loss, strength gain, and more!.
Services
Our classes are universally scalable meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or fitness.
Our highly trained coaches will lead you through every step of class: dynamic warm-up, skill warm-up, workout, and cool down.
They will also help modify workouts to meet your ability.
We sell coaching.
Think of us as educators for fitness and nutrition and you'll understand that you're paying for more than just some pull-up bars and weights in a crowd of people.
There are options for your own personal fitness "tutor" (personal training) and options for a small class experience.
Personal Training is a great option for those looking for a customized workout scheduled on your own time.
Pricing starts at $45 for 30 min or $75 for 60 min.
Even those looking for a group atmosphere, we start everyone off with at least some 1:1 training.
These are the things you get with nutrition coaching.
Our coaching is a two-phase approach.
During Phase I, we determine a baseline of your current nutrition and lifestyle, do an InBody scan for biometrics, and set you up with a customized plan.
After Phase I, you will graduate onto Phase II, where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results.
Phase II lasts as long as you like - the more accountability and coaching you need, the longer we can work together.
Most clients see long-term habits change in 6-12 months.
Kanna Youth Fitness Classes & Programs lay the foundation for lifelong health & wellness, athletics, and enjoying exercise for youth ages 3 and up.
Our coaches introduce, reinforce, and develop functional movement patterns and exercises through curriculum and instruction based on the mental and physical development of each age group.
Kids classes are designed for elementary-aged children (1st-6th).
The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises and applying them in a workout.
The 30 minutes of yoga is invaluable to me especially during these crazy times.
During and at the end of practice, Emily asks how we feel in a certain position or just overall.
I always find it amazing how much better I feel at the end.
