I started about 6 months ago. It took me almost a year to come check out the gym from a referral. I wish I would have came in a year ago! I came to CFN with about 5 years of working out at a globo gym and also trained for Spartan races.

Our CrossFit On-Ramp course will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our daily workouts (WODs).
