Welcome to FitFly Fitness, provider of quality personal training solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area. My mission is to deliver results-oriented fitness solutions to all levels of the clients. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, i will provide a complete fitness solution that will suit your needs. I offer a variety of training solutions, such as one-on-one training, small group training, in-home training (i will bring the equipment to you!), or group/corporate training (6-20 people).
All programs will be tailored to each client. You will be given all the tools that will enable you to reach your goals. What are your goals? Mine was to lose 50 pounds. My name is John and I am a Personal trainer and Owner of FitFly Fitness. When I was I was in high school and playing sports I could eat whatever I wanted. I maintained a poor diet that caught up to me when I graduated.
In December of 2007, I weighed 210 pounds and needed a change. 10 weeks later I reached my goal of 160 lbs.
