Results Fitness Rx is a Colorado Springs gym community of people seeking healthy lifestyles. Strength training, group motivation, along with a focus on nutrition inspire us to rise to the challenge to set goals and get results. A client asked me "How do you remember people's names?" The truth is, I want everyone in my gym to feel like they are a brother or sister every time they walk in.
