Becoming a Progressive member means more than joining a premier gym with an awesome community - it means joining a movement.

That's because every membership provides an opportunity for FOUR individuals to join The Phoenix: a nonprofit that offers a supportive community and active environment for individuals in recovery from substance use disorder and those who choose a sober life.Using a peer support model, the Phoenix has helped more than 26,000 people heal and rebuild their lives while simultaneously helping reduce the stigma around recovery.

Progressive Fitness is a strength and conditioning fitness training gym serving clients in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.
Progressive Fitness develops individuals to reach their desired goals in fitness and in life through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.
We spend our time focusing on all different people with different ability levels to be the best version of themselves.
Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
Group Training provides a level of fitness that's both broad and inclusive.
Each 60 minute class is led by a Coach and includes a Warm up, WOD (Workout Of the Day), Accessory work, and Cool Down.
The WOD is a constantly changing combination of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Cardio movements, performed in at high intensities.
Personal Training is our program that provides one-on-one coaching in the discipline of your choice.
Each 60 minute session is led by the coach of your choice on the topic of your choice.
As the saying goes, somewhere a high school kid is warming up with your PR.
There is no room for ego at this gym.
What might be light or easy for you is a PR for one of your fellow athletes open-minded So please remain humble.
If you sweat, drool, bleed or cake chalk on something, please wipe it down when you are finished.
When you leave, take your belongings with you.
We donate all items left here at the end of every month.
Throw away your trash.
If you are using a plastic water bottle, take it with you and recycle it.
