Springs Pilates strives to provide a comfortable, informative and positive experience for each participant where individual attention is the rule, not the exception. Developed more than 80 years ago, Pilates focuses on improving flexibility while strengthening the body. It is designed to elongate the muscles, strengthen the core (abdomen, low back and buttocks) and allow the rest of the body to move independently.
GYROTONIC combines the basic principles of gymnastics, swimming, ballet and yoga with emphasis on spiraling and circular movement. This exercise is ideal for all fitness levels by providing a gentle movement pattern for post rehabilitation or arthritic clients or a challenging workout for the athlete. It is ideal for rotational sports like golf, tennis or skating.
An average golfer takes more than 300 swings including practice shots during an 18-hole round. Golfers who improve their flexibility and strengthen their muscles can prevent injuries and improve their scores. At Peak Golf Fitness we build strength and flexibility simultaneously.

Pilates has been a significant benefit in my life, both physically and spiritually.
Physically I KNOW it makes me stronger and more balanced, more relaxed and energetic.
When I skip a few classes in a row from traveling I really feel it.
It makes a difference!
I also know I benefit from it on a spiritual level.
It's a faith-based experience for me because as a Christian I have the Spirit of God in me and He is the Spirit of life.
When I engage in Pilates I know the life-giving Spirit of God is bringing more life, more health, more healing to my physical body as I do my part in taking care of myself!
