HIGH fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice! The revival of this fitness trend has quickly become the hottest new workout across Canada and the US. HIGH fitness has famous names and faces getting their sweat on in classes: Julianne Hough, Rachel Parcell, the LA Laker Dancers, and the Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders are taking classes and raving about them.

Think Old School Aerobics made Modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it's so much fun! HIGH fitness is the vision of Amber Zenith (former dirt bike racer and tennis champ) and Emily Nelson (dance expert and journalism major).

They knew there was a better way than spending paining, dreaded hours in the gym. Already group exercise enthusiasts, they took old school aerobics and simplified the moves; added intense fitness based moves; and made it more fun with music of all genres and decades.

Creating a NEW experience and opening doors to even more participants, HIGH Low is here to complement, not replace, HIGH.
With NO cardio push tracks, the HIGH Low format creates a steady state cardio workout that will appeal to newbies and current HIGH Fitness fans alike.

Our training gives you the skills and knowledge it takes to become a successful HIGH fitness instructor, along with the secret tips and tricks to make your classes a step above the rest.
Our mentoring team will work with you for as long as you need to achieve your 6 badges, complete your training and make sure you feel ready to rock!
