P2O Hot Pilates & Fitness is proud to be Sacramento's first and only dedicated Hot Pilates Studio. In addition to Hot Pilates, we also have full TRX, Strength & Conditioning, & Kettlebell Programs, Bikini Butt Classes, Power Vinyasa Flow, Candlelight Yin, Guided Meditation and more. With regular Fitness Challenges, Wellness Consultations, Nutrition Workshops, Airbrush Tanning and Marathon Training there is always something new to get into at P2O.

Celebrating our 8-year anniversary in 2021, we are still amazed at the community that has formed at P2O.
Only due to the strength of this community, we have been blessed enough to not only stay fit and well together, but to grant 5 wishes with Make-A-Wish Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada, run numerous Half & Full Marathons together, open a second location, and survive a pandemic.
We LOVE our P2O Family and appreciate all of our clients, every day, for supporting this small business.
A yoga mat, a towel, and water are required.
If you don't bring, mat and towel rentals are available for $2 each.
We also sell a variety of drinking products - only water is permitted in the training rooms.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day before coming to class.
Proper hydration supports the healthy function of all of your body's systems, and it makes the heat feel comfortable rather than overwhelming.
Please refrain from talking in the Hot Room.
Many students use the time before class to quietly meditate and center themselves as they prepare for class.
30 challenging minutes of abdominally targeted exercises, with neither a second nor a muscle spared.
Amped Abs combines traditional and innovative movements to hit the transverse, oblique and rectus abdominus muscles.
This class will amp up those abs, but it will use your entire body to do so.
Think 20 lb Ankle Weights!
A slow paced, combination of squats; mat work; leg lifts, pumps and extensions; hip thrusts; pulses; holds, and more, utilizing tools ranging from ankle weights, to yoga blocks, to resistance bands.
At P2O, we LOVE our Hot Pilates, and we love sharing that with you.
Teacher Training time is one of our favorite times.
Whether your goal is to teach several classes a week, one or two as a hobby, or you would like to deepen your personal practice, we will get you there.
If you have attended class at P2O, you know how passionate our Hot Pilates instructors are about their Pilats'.
Our program is taught in three classroom weekends, over three months.
It is designed to leave each one of our trainees feeling fully confident as Instructors by the time the program is complete.
