GKG exists for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead our members through high energy workouts that always bring the heat. Everyone is trained as an athlete no matter their age or current conditioning. We value our members. GKG strives to be your workout place of choice when it comes to achieving personal fitness. We will NEVER let you down!

With private training you receive the workout tailored to your specific needs and skill level. One-on-one training is the best way to get to the next level. Every GKG coach is an accomplished kickboxer with solid credentials and a deep passion for martial arts. Learn true skills from true professionals. Our 60-minute kickboxing class focuses on all aspects of fitness.

We start with striking combinations using the 8 weapons of the body; knees, elbows, hands and shins to create a variety of attacks. Between kickboxing rounds are body-weight exercises for strength and endurance. It's the ultimate workout! This is a hybrid class in which we use suspension straps for muscle endurance training combined with kickboxing.

Gil has been a certified trainer since 2001 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM.)
All GKG classes provide essential combat skills, but they are also designed to enhance balance, core strength, muscle endurance and toning.
No matter your level of fitness and skill, you can do these workouts.
We train like athletes, but we also emphasize the importance of listening to our bodies.
All workouts can be modified to your individual abilities.
Short periods of rest and rehydration are encouraged during the class.
This ensures you stay safe, but still maximizes the effects of the workout.
We have a variety of classes offered throughout the day.

Classes are 60 minutes in duration and generally include a warm up at the beginning and ab work and a cool down at the end.
Kindly acquaint yourself with the procedures for cleaning equipment after use.
Staff members are at your disposal for questions and assistance.
We appreciate your cooperation with all safety rules.
