Kenneth Blachly had a passion for health and fitness and decided to start using this to help others reach their goals when he opened Lifestyle Fitness in 2008. Through the past eight years Ken has helped countless people accomplish their health and fitness aspirations. Ken believes that no two bodies or people are the same and that's why Lifestyle Fitness takes a unique approach to personal training which focuses on the individual and helping meet their goals.

Not only does Ken take time to understand each individual and what motivates them, he carefully crafts a fitness and nutrition plan with your goals in mind.
