Coach Chad is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and an exceptional personal trainer. I started working with Chad in October of 2021. He acknowledged where I was physically and mentally, and has made me stronger. He has been positive, patient and encouraging throughout the process. I started working with Chad 1 year ago this month. I was trying to get my body prepared for a total hip replacement the next month. I could not stand or walk properly due to the consistent pain, that had been going on for 2 years. Chad was great working within my limitations and at the same time strengthening me while increasing my endurance for the best possible preparation for a major surgery.
After surgery he knew exactly how hard to push & steadily increase my body to a full recovery. Presently I maintain 2x a week workouts with no pain or restrictions. His expert training has gotten me back in great shape.

I have been training with Chad for 9 months and have gotten great results! My goal was to improve my health and become stronger. Weight loss was not my main objective, but I've lost almost 10 pounds and several inches from my waist. Chad motivates me to increase my activity level, weight amounts and repetitions each week. He is also knowledgeable about nutrition and answers all my questions during my sessions. I'm stronger, more fit and have lots of energy! Chad is great to workout with and continues to help me reach my fitness goals. He's a wonderful, dedicated coach!

I have been working out with Chad for over a year. I have a demanding schedule and Chad has been able to accommodate my work out times to fit. He has also been available via video visits which has been very productive. During my time working with Chad, I have lost over 20 lbs and feel great. I've been working with Chad for about 10 months. Chad's workouts include a solid fifty-five minutes of stretch, strength, and cardio. I'm 57 and find Chad's customized approach to what works for my body, while still pushing it, to be quite refreshing! I had shoulder surgery in my twenties and as an adult, it can (and does) be problematic in my workouts. Chad has modified my upper body workouts accordingly and I have much more strength and flexibility in my shoulder than I've had in years! Chad is knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him!

I've been going to Chad for about 3.5 months. At 57 years old, my goals were to lose some weight, get strong in my upper and lower body, and core. I also needed to work in some cardio. Chad's 55 minute workouts encompass strength, cardio, stretching/flexibility, and yoga. My workouts, combined with following Chad's guidelines on diet, have really made a difference.
It's not a quick weight loss program. I've lost about 10 lbs., but my body feels and looks different. I've also had chronic knee issues since my college days. Chad has worked to build strength in the knee, and I can feel the increased stability. When you combine all this with the fact that Chad is just a good guy, these workouts are the fastest 55 minutes of your week!

Chad is awesome! I constantly recommend him to friends, family, and co-workers. He has a great attitude and personality, is super motivating, and is a lot of fun to work out with. His sessions are always challenging, but not overwhelming. I leave feeling energized and strong, and always look forward to coming back. I've been seeing results and couldn't be happier with them!

I am the worst kind of client for a personal trainer to have. I HATE to exercise. I have been to many exercise programs and trainers through the years. Chad was great with me. He is completely non-judgemental and positive. I was impressed with how he designed his exercises to address multiple things in a single exercise, like having me stand on my toes for balance and core while doing weights for my arms.
He is slightly less expensive than other people I have been to, and he was very willing for me to add friends to my session to decrease my costs (but none of them ever did). He is just a lovely person and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

Chad makes working out enjoyable. I have never enjoyed working out and avoided it anytime I had a choice. Since I began working out with Chad, I have seen incredible results and look forward to each workout. He changes the workout to fit your strength, injuries, flexibility, and stamina. I hurt my elbow and he changed the entire routine to help build strength without feeling any pain. I can't say enough good things about him and highly recommend him to anyone who wants results in their life.

Chad is a the perfect trainer for my lifestyle. He is extremely flexible with my schedule and helps push me past my own personal, mental limitations. I have seen more physical gains in my 8 months of working with Chad (2 days a week) than I did working out for years (5-7 days a week). Say what you want, but there is a huge benefit to having someone monitor your progress, nutrition and push you farther than you think you are able to. If you are looking to get into shape - Chad is the perfect trainer to encourage you and support you in that goal.

Chad is fantastic! He is very low-key (no pressure, no yelling) and gently encouraging. He gets great results. With just an hour a week for the last 6 months, I have lost weight and my muscles are more defined. You also have the option to get coached at home with an interactive app with videos and advice from Chad. He is extremely flexible with schedules, too, which I appreciate. I highly recommend him as a trainer!

I have been working with Chad since early 2014. I have been doing 1-2 private sessions a week. I am very pleased with my workouts and the results. I am in my early 50's and haven't been in this good of shape in years. I was working out on my own before working with Chad. He has many ways to safely get the best exercises and workouts for you. There is a lot of focus on core strength and balance.
I will admit that I am tough to impress. I am an Orthopaedic surgeon and have seen plenty of exercise related injuries over the years. Chad is very aware of individual needs and can tailor your workout to yours.
