Overland Park CrossFit's purpose is to provide unique, functional fitness in a fun atmosphere with like-minded people to help you achieve your fitness goals and be the best version of yourself. Freedom of movement is essential, so we'll make sure you're moving well in order to prevent injury. We use functional training methods that focus on everyday movements your body can do naturally.

Services
At Overland Park CrossFit, our goal is to bring effective, efficient, and fun fitness to the Overland Park community.
We design programs to get you in the best shape of your life, under the guidance of highly skilled coaches.
We don't believe in wandering around the gym wondering what to do, endless hours of running on a treadmill, or months of using the same machines without seeing real results.
As part of the Overland Park CrossFit family, you'll be guided, motivated, and coached every step of the way through unique and structured workouts that will get you fit, fast.
We love to have traveling CrossFitters passing through Overland Park stop by and WOD with us.
When you make a reservation, you will be prompted to pay a drop-in fee of $20. Please do not show up to class without a reservation.

For us, fitness is about community and the commitment to working hard for permanent changes that you can be proud of but that's just one of the benefits of your membership with us.
