FitWay Fitness is a family owned business which was established by Luis Moreno in 1981, on Long Island, New York.
Luis grew up in the bodybuilder legends era, knowing some of the biggest names of the day, eg: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Franco Columbu.
He developed relationships with many professional athletes including Lyle Alzado (NFL Defensive End), who he trained with for many years.
Luis started the business in the basement of his house, and he says that his children would come downstairs to visit with some of the clients, and even workout with them.
All sessions can be paid for through PayPal or Venmo.
In order to secure specific days/times we recommend booking several sessions in advance.
FitWay will send a money request directly through PayPal or Venmo.
Once your session(s) is booked and payment has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Follow the simple instructions to enter the studio and your trainer will join you shortly after.

As a rule of thumb, we should be eating a balanced meal every three hours.
This can vary slightly based on your metabolism.
Those with a slower metabolism might be satisfied longer than those with a faster metabolism.
Time between meals should not exceed four hours.
When we eat a balanced meal every three hours, our body continues burning fuel and running smoothly.
We maintain a healthy blood sugar ratio, without spikes in either direction.
We feed our muscles with protein and nutrients.
Our cognitive abilities remain on point if our brain is consistently fed with the nutrients it requires.
Preparing and packaging meals ahead of time is a great way to maintain healthy eating habits.
Fitway recommends choosing a day and time (eg; Sundays, 3pm-6pm) that you'll adhere to each week.
Chicken breasts, pork chops, and roasts are great for multiple meal planned cooking.
A typical baking sheet will hold 9 breasts or pork chops.
That's enough protein for at least 9 meals.
A 3 pound roast (made in a crockpot) is enough protein for at least 8 meals.
4 cups of barley (made in an intsapot) is enough carbohydrates for 8 meals. 1 pound of broccoli is typically enough vegetables for 5 meals.
