We help adults breakthrough an unhealthy lifestyle to remove chronic pain and lose weight through personal training and small group classes! We will talk about your goals, what you have been struggling with, and go through a sample workout with absolutely no pressure! Start from the ground up during the course of your 1-on-1 program, and work your way up to fitness expert!

In this program, you'll learn proper form, mobility, healthy eating habits and more! Our group classes are designed to keep your body guessing. The workouts vary from day to day and allow you to continue building upon the skills you developed in fundamentals. Whatever your goal is, it can be achieved with the help of your coaches and piers! Over the last 6 years I have seen countless crossfit gyms not only on long Island but across the country in my travels.
