With hand weights (dumbbells) 5-20 lbs., I will show you how to start "pumping iron" to freely improve your fitness level.
Increase shape, definition and strength in arms, shoulders, back, chest, legs and buttocks without bulking up.
I will work with you one-on-one at your choice of places to assist and motivate you to achieve your body/mind fitness goals.
The training can include fitness evaluation and schedule, strength-training, flexibility and cardio work, Yoga, Pilates, nutritional guidance, weight management, meditation & stress reduction tailored to your special needs.
